1. Acceptance of Terms
This is a student project prototype. By using ShareJoy in development, you agree to treat all listings and entries as demo data only. Full terms will be added before any public launch.
2. Use of the Platform
ShareJoy is designed to facilitate the free exchange of items between community members. You agree not to list illegal items, misrepresent item conditions, or abuse the fair draw system.
3. Giveaway Rules
All giveaways must be for free items only. Donors agree to honour the draw result and facilitate item pickup within a reasonable time. Claimants agree to collect items as arranged.
4. Community Standards
All members must treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in account suspension. ShareJoy reserves the right to remove any content or user.
5. Limitation of Liability
ShareJoy does not verify the condition of items listed and is not responsible for disputes between donors and claimants. All exchanges are between private individuals.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of ShareJoy constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
